Popular Nollywood actress Omoni Oboli mourns the death of her mother-in-law.
The elderly Mrs. Oboli has died at the age of 75.
The actress said (written as it is):
“Our Matriarch Mrs. Oboli. We will miss you no words.”
Her husband, Nnamdi Oboli, shared a picture of his mother and a caption on Instagram on Monday (January 11, 2021, written as it is):
“My dear mum has passed on!
I can’t imagine a single moment without her being around, with her strong vibrant and ever concerned self.
She went the way of all flesh, and thought it’s expected, the pain isn’t minimized by that thought.
She is the mum like no other: a matriarch of the Oboli family that stood as a dividing wall between the world and us as she was like a mother hen with her chicks.”
Nnamdi had celebrated his mother on the occasion of her 75th birthday back in October.
He shared a picture of his mom and a caption (written as it is):
“happy 75th birthday to my dear mum!!! Words fail me to speak of the impact you have had on us your children and grandchildren.
I pray the blessings of the lord upon you this day, and that it would full the rest of your days and give you peace in Jesus name.”
Omoni and Nnamdi married in October 2000 and now they have three sons together.
